1. The service
Ozaria is an AI-powered marketplace for interior design services. You upload a room, choose a service, and spend Design Credits to generate a concept.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Passwords must be at least 8 characters.
3. Design Credits
- 1 Credit = 0.10 € (other currencies are converted at the visible rate).
- Minimum purchase is 50 credits.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.
- Credits are activated after payment is confirmed. For bank transfers this may take 1–3 business days.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.
5. Content and ownership
You keep ownership of the images you upload. Ozaria receives a limited licence to process them to deliver the service. You receive a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the AI-generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes, subject to applicable law.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment providers. Bank transfer is currently the active method; other methods will be enabled progressively. See the Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
7. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". AI-generated designs are concepts, not construction documents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozaria's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend the service or an account for material breach. Unused credits are handled under the Refund Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, the jurisdiction in which Ozaria sp. z o.o. (Elektoralna 13/121, 00-137 Warszawa, Poland) is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
