- Upload images you do not have the right to use.
- Upload sexual content, content depicting minors in unsafe contexts, or content that identifies private individuals without consent.
- Attempt to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes third-party rights.
- Reverse engineer, scrape or overload the platform.
- Resell Design Credits or resell platform access.
- Use the outputs to impersonate real interiors, brands or properties in a misleading way.
2. Uploaded images
You warrant that you own the images you upload or have the right to process them. Please avoid uploading photographs that include identifiable people; if you do, you confirm you have their consent.
3. Generated outputs
AI outputs are visual concepts. They are not architectural plans and should not be used as construction, structural or safety documents.
4. Automated access
Automated access, including bots and scrapers, is not permitted without prior written consent.
5. Enforcement
We may warn, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy and may remove offending content. Serious violations may be reported to competent authorities.
