2. Data we collect
We only collect what is necessary to run the marketplace:
- Account data: first and last name, email, hashed password.
- Order data: chosen credit amount, currency, promo code, payment method.
- Room uploads: images you submit for AI generation, and the outputs produced.
- Usage data: device, browser, referrer, and pages viewed.
3. How we use your data
- To create and secure your account.
- To process payments and issue Design Credits.
- To generate the AI designs you request.
- To improve the platform and prevent abuse.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, bank details, password reset).
4. Legal basis
We process data under contract (delivering the service you purchased), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, product improvement) and legal obligation (tax and accounting).
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with processors that host the platform, deliver email and process payments, all under written data-processing agreements.
6. Retention
Account and order records are retained while your account is active and for the period required by tax law. Uploaded images and generated designs are retained while your account is active and can be deleted on request.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
8. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside your region we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
