1. Unused credits
You may request a full refund for unused Design Credits within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or, for bank transfers, to the account from which payment was received.
2. Used credits
Credits already spent on an AI design service are non-refundable, because the service was delivered at the moment of generation.
3. Failed generations
If a generation fails due to a platform error, we automatically return the spent credits to your balance. No action is required.
4. Pending bank-transfer orders
Before we receive your transfer, the order is in a "payment pending" state and can be cancelled free of charge from your dashboard or by emailing [email protected].
5. Promotional credits
Credits obtained through promo codes, gifts or campaigns are not refundable in cash.
6. How to request
Email [email protected] with your order number. We reply within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
